5. Bonuses and Promotions

Accounts suspected of involvement in financial crime will be frozen pending investigation, and all relevant information may be disclosed to authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming

• 6.1Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. 10. Account Termination and Suspension

• 9.1up777 may suspend or close an account immediately and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or is involved in any conduct that poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.
• 9.2A Player may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting up777 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
• 9.3Where an account is closed by up777 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in that account may be forfeited at up777's discretion, particularly where the breach involves fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion. up777 will provide written notification of any such forfeiture to the registered contact details on file.

11. Amendments to These Terms

up777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, up777 will provide reasonable notice to active account holders via the registered contact method or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will specify the date on which they come into force.

12. Governing Law and Contact
